Who is HireOnTheFly for? ▾
HireOnTheFly is for two groups: Rhode Island restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses that need to hire, and hospitality workers in Rhode Island looking for work. Employers pay a monthly subscription to post jobs and search candidates. Job seekers use the platform for free.
How is this different from Indeed or other job boards? ▾
HireOnTheFly is hospitality only and Rhode Island only. On general job boards, your listing competes with thousands of unrelated posts, and most applicants are out of state or not in the industry. Here, every candidate is a local hospitality worker, and every employer is a restaurant or bar in this market. Employers can also search candidates directly instead of waiting for applications.
What if I post a job and do not get any candidates? ▾
Unlike traditional job boards where you post and wait, HireOnTheFly lets Pro employers search the candidate database directly. You can find, message, and connect with candidates who match your role without waiting for them to apply. If you are on a founding member trial, you have full Pro access to search from day one at no cost.
Do you have candidates in my city? ▾
HireOnTheFly covers all of Rhode Island. Candidates sign up from Providence, Newport, Warwick, Cranston, Bristol, and across the state. You can search and filter candidates by city. The platform is in early access and actively growing, so candidate coverage increases every week.
What happens after the 30-day trial? ▾
We send you reminders at 10 days and 5 days before your trial ends. Your dashboard also shows a countdown in your final 24 hours. When the trial ends, you choose the plan that fits: Basic at $79 per month or Pro at $159 per month. All your jobs, applications, messages, and saved candidates are preserved regardless of which plan you pick. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
How do job seekers use HireOnTheFly? ▾
Job seekers create a profile with their experience, skills, and availability. You can browse and apply to jobs posted by Rhode Island restaurants and bars. Employers can also find you through candidate search and reach out directly. There is no cost to candidates.
