HireOnTheFly LLC ("HireOnTheFly," "we," "our," or "us") operates an online job board and hiring platform connecting hospitality employers and job seekers in Rhode Island. We are headquartered in Rhode Island.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work or hire in the United States to use our platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Candidates (Job Seekers): Free to create a profile and be discovered by employers. You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and up to date.
Employers: Employers start with a free trial and then choose a paid plan to continue. You are responsible for the accuracy of all job postings and company information you submit.
HireOnTheFly offers three employer subscription tiers:

The first 30 employers to sign up receive a founding member trial. Here is how it works:
The founding member program is limited to 30 spots and may not be available when you sign up.
During your trial, we will send you reminder emails at 10 days and 5 days before your trial ends. Your employer dashboard will also show your remaining trial days.
If a payment fails, your account enters a 5-day grace period. During those 5 days, your plan stays active so you can update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within 5 days, your account will be downgraded to Basic.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, photos, job descriptions). By uploading content, you grant HireOnTheFly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
Your use of HireOnTheFly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
HireOnTheFly is a marketplace connecting employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of any user-submitted content. We are not a staffing agency.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireOnTheFly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@hireonthefly.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
